How do I lock in my date?
Your date is booked once your contract is signed and your 50% deposit is paid. Until then, the date stays open for other clients.
When is the rest of the payment due?
The remaining balance is due before final delivery.
Do you travel?
Yes. I'm based in Atlanta and travel for bookings. Travel, lodging and meals are billed on top of your package, plus a travel day rate for time spent in transit.
How long until I get my photos or video?
Turnaround depends on the package and is written into your proposal. Rush delivery is available as an add-on.
Can I get the raw footage?
Raw footage is available as an add-on. Most clients don't need it, because you get finished, graded files.
What about revisions?
Your package includes a set number of revisions, listed in your proposal. Extra revision rounds can be added.
Can I use the video in paid ads?
Usage rights for paid advertising and broadcast are priced separately. Tell me where the content will run and I'll include the right license in your quote.
Do you work alone or with a crew?
I shoot most projects myself and bring in a trusted crew when a project calls for it, like concept music videos, commercials and wedding bundles.
What if I need to reschedule?
Reach out as soon as you know. Rescheduling and cancellation terms are spelled out in your contract.
How should I prepare for my shoot?
After you book, you'll get a short questionnaire covering locations, wardrobe, music and the schedule, plus a reminder 48 hours before.
